Books for GPST Stage 2 Preparation

The Oxford Handbooks of Clinical Medicine and Clinical Specialities are generally pitched at the right level for the Stage 2 exams. The Oxford Handbook of General Practice is a worthwhile addition as it covers several common GP medical areas very well. You should not however worry about the organisational aspects of the NHS too much as this is not tested in Stage 2, although an understanding of this might make you sound more knowledgeable in the Stage 3 selection (according to our Stage 3 selector who runs the GPST Course!)
